The Digital Twin Platform(the “Platform”) is a service that enables individuals (“Twin Creators”) to build AI-powered conversational representations of themselves — their voice, memories, values, stories, and perspectives — known as a “Digital Twin.”

Each Digital Twin is a personal storytelling and legacy project created and controlled by its respective Twin Creator. The Platform is not a commercial AI chatbot service, medical service, legal advisor, or substitute for human interaction.

Digital Twins generate responses based on knowledge, stories, and preferences deliberately provided by the Twin Creator. While each Twin strives to be accurate and authentic, all Digital Twins are AI systems and may produce responses that are incomplete, imperfect, or not reflective of the Twin Creator's current views. You should treat all responses as conversational — not as authoritative statements of fact.

By accessing or using the Digital Twin Platform — whether as a Twin Creator or as a visitor interacting with a Digital Twin — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Platform distinguishes between two categories of user:

• Twin Creators— individuals who register on the Platform to create, train, and manage their own Digital Twin. Twin Creators are responsible for all content they add to their Twin's knowledge base, the access controls they set, and compliance with these terms.
• Visitors — individuals who interact with a published Digital Twin. Visitors are granted access at the sole discretion of the Twin Creator and are subject to any additional access rules the Twin Creator has established.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform in any capacity. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before engaging with any Digital Twin.

As a Twin Creator, you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring all content you upload or provide to your Digital Twin is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe upon the rights of others
• Obtaining any necessary consents before including information about third parties (family members, colleagues, friends) in your Digital Twin's knowledge base
• Setting appropriate access controls — your Digital Twin is private by default; you choose who may interact with it
• Designating a next-of-kin or executor to manage your Digital Twin in the event of your passing, if posthumous operation is desired
• Notifying users who interact with your Twin that they are engaging with an AI, not a live human being

Conversations held with a Digital Twin are storedand may be reviewed by the respective Twin Creator and authorised Platform administrators. This review helps improve accuracy and may surface new knowledge to be added to the Twin's memory.

Please do not share sensitive personal information — such as financial details, passwords, or confidential medical information — during conversations with any Digital Twin. Such information is not needed to interact with the Platform.

Content generated by a Digital Twin — including stories, reflections, opinions, and biographical details — is the intellectual property of the respective Twin Creator. The Platform infrastructure, software, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of BluKai LLC.

Visitors may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercialise content from any Digital Twin without the express written permission of the relevant Twin Creator.

Personal use — such as saving a meaningful conversation for yourself — is permitted, provided it is not shared publicly or used for commercial purposes.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Create a Digital Twin of another person without their explicit written consent
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the underlying AI or any Twin's knowledge base
• Generate or solicit content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or harmful
• Misrepresent or impersonate a Twin Creator using content generated by the Platform
• Use conversations for legal proceedings without prior written consent
• Probe or test the Platform for security vulnerabilities
• Access the Platform through automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Commercialise any aspect of the Platform or any individual Digital Twin without written authorisation from both BluKai LLC and the relevant Twin Creator

All Digital Twins are powered by artificial intelligence and draw on a curated knowledge base of memories, opinions, and biographical information provided by their Twin Creator. Despite best efforts to keep this knowledge accurate:

• Responses may not reflect the Twin Creator's most current views or circumstances
• The AI may occasionally confuse, conflate, or misremember details
• No Digital Twin should be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice

If something a Digital Twin says seems incorrect or distressing, please reach out to the Twin Creator directly or contact us at mail@bazpatel.com.

One purpose of the Platform is to help Twin Creators preserve their voice and stories for future generations, including after their passing. In that event:

• The Digital Twin will be managed by the designated next-of-kin or executor specified by the Twin Creator in their account settings or estate arrangements
• The knowledge base will be frozen at the point of passing — no new information will be added unless the executor has been granted explicit permission to do so
• Visitors interacting with a posthumous Digital Twin are engaging with a preserved AI representation, not a living person; this should be clearly communicated
• The designated executor, or BluKai LLC in the absence of a designated executor, reserves the right to suspend or shut down the Digital Twin at any time

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluKai LLC, its founders, officers, and administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or any Digital Twin. This includes, without limitation, any emotional distress, reliance on inaccurate AI responses, loss of data, or disputes between Visitors and Twin Creators. You use this Platform at your own risk.

BluKai LLCreserves the right to suspend or revoke any user's access to the Platform — including a Twin Creator's ability to operate their Digital Twin — at any time, for any reason, without notice. Grounds include violations of these terms, misuse of the Platform, or at the sole discretion of the Platform operator. Twin Creators may also delete their own Digital Twin and associated data at any time from their account settings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.
